A well-maintained, safe area and a courteous, friendly staff.
An attractive and professional looking booth and display.
The appearance of your booth is critical to the overall atmosphere of the audience’s perception of our event.
We highly encourage imaginative booth designs, flags, banners, etc.
Booths are selected based on type and quality of the products you sell.
We strive for non-duplication in vendor products, to the best of our ability.
For each individual space purchased, you will receive:
A 12’ (approximate) frontage area for your booth setup.
2 NON-TRANSFERABLE Craft Vendor employee passes.
4 NON-TRANSFERABLE Food Vendor employee passes.
$30 each for additional employee passes.
Booth Fees (per 12’ frontage space):
Craft Vendor Fee: $150.00
Food Vendor Fee: $300.00
VENDOR PAYMENT SHOULD BE REMITTED UPON APPROVAL.

Event is rain or shine. Booth fees are non-refundable.
Power: One (1) 110 volt outlet.
If you require additional booth space, you must make ADVANCE arrangements and be prepared to pay for additional space.
Please stay within the space you are assigned.
All equipment used in operating a booth during the event will be the responsibility of the vendor, including booth, tables, chairs, lighting, as well as maintenance and removal of booth materials, leftovers and trash.
Please leave your area as clean as it was when you arrived.
Bring your own extension cords, power strips, and lighting as needed.
No propane lanterns allowed.
Prefer that booths be completely set up, open, & ready for business when the music begins.
Prefer that vendors remain set up and open until the end of the festival.

During festival hours all paid and accepted vendors agree to operate and adequately staff a booth during the festival hours of:

Sept 26: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM or later
